How do my students pay?
Send a pay link over WhatsApp from the coach app. The student pays online and the lesson is marked paid in your ledger, with a receipt.
A student paid me in cash. Can I still log it?
Yes. Mark the lesson paid in cash, take it from the student's package or cover it with their academy membership.
How does Fill gaps choose students?
Win ranks your students for each free hour by how well they match it: the days and hours they usually book, how often they train with you and their preferences. You choose who to invite.
I coach at a club. How is the commission handled?
Each lesson records the coach's amount and the club's. What's owed shows as pending settlements, and every payout goes into the settlement history.
Can I export my earnings?
The ledger shows earnings by day, week or month. The coach app generates a PDF report, and on the web you can export a CSV or print a statement.
Do I need a club to use it?
No. Independent coaches run lessons, packages and pay links from the coach app. The club split only applies when you coach at a club on Courtwin.
