Questions
Players ask us.
Do I need a coach to use Courtwin?
No. You can book courts, find partners and join communities on your own. If your coach runs a community on Courtwin, their plans, debriefs and reports arrive in the same app.
How does Aura Match suggest partners?
It suggests matches with a compatibility score and shows you why each one fits: level, playing style and how you've played together before.
Can we split the cost of a court?
Yes. With split payments each player pays their own share, and you can pay from your Courtwin wallet.
What is the Daily Path?
A short daily routine in your coach's community: set an intention, check in, reflect, and close the day at night.
What can Win do with my data?
Win answers questions like “How am I doing?” by text or voice. It only reads and never changes anything. It can be wrong, so check anything important with your coach.
Which languages does the app support?
The app ships in English, Spanish, Arabic and Indonesian, and community posts can be translated into 20 languages.
