- Live dashboard with quick score
- Check-in, announcements, audit log

Formats & draws
Pick the format. The draw is made for you.
Social formats like Americano and Mexicano, or a full competition with groups and a knockout, Swiss rounds or double elimination. Courtwin generates the draw and gives every match a court and a time.
8 players · 7 rounds · 21 points a game
Courts and times
The schedule comes with the draw, so every pair knows where and when they play.
Check-in
Mark pairs present on the day and see who hasn't arrived before the first round.
Announcements

Who runs them
From a Tuesday Americano to the club championship.
The same tools work for a social night with a dozen members and for a weekend with a full draw. Federations run ranking events on them too.
- 01Americano and Mexicano nights for members, with the points per game you choose
- 02Club championships with a group stage and a knockout
- 03Federation events, approved by tier and counted toward rankings
- 04Tournaments that coaches host for their own community
On the record
What happened, kept as it happened.
Results, changes and who made them stay with the event, so questions after the final have an answer.
Outcomes
Record a walkover, a retirement or a default win as what it was, not as an invented score.
Audit log
Every change to the event is logged with who made it and when.
Referees
Assign referees to matches, in bulk or one by one, and see how many each one has.
Questions
What organisers ask first.
Which formats can I run?
Americano, Mexicano, round robin, Swiss, group stage with a knockout, knockout, and double elimination. For Americano and Mexicano you set the points per game.
How do scores get in?
Organisers enter results from the live dashboard with quick score. Courtwin also has a scoring console for referees on court; it's rolling out and the Courtwin team switches it on with you.
What if a pair doesn't show up or has to stop?
Record the result as a walkover, a retirement or a default win. It's saved as what happened and appears in the audit log.
Can players follow the event?
Players follow their tournaments and live scores in the Courtwin app, and you can send announcements to everyone in the event.
Who is it for?
Clubs running social nights and championships, federations running ranking events, and coaches who host tournaments for their community.
