At the desk
Built for the busiest hour at the front desk.
Every shift opens with a count and a PIN, and every sensitive action has a name behind it. You see who did what without standing at the counter.

Common questions about the point of sale.
What can go on one bill?
Walk-in court time, court bookings, lessons, courses and activities, rentals, products and custom items. A player's whole visit can be settled in one go.
Can players split a bill?
Yes. Split by product, so each player pays for what they had, or by amount, so one pays a set figure and the other pays the rest. Each share can be paid a different way.
Which payment methods can the desk take?
Cash, card, online payment by QR code, and complimentary. A mixed payment spreads one charge across cash, card, wallet and online.
How do you keep the till honest?
Every staff member has their own PIN, drawers can be limited to named staff on a schedule, and discounts, comps, voids and refunds need a supervisor's PIN. At closing, staff count the cash and explain any difference from what the drawer expected.
What reports do I get?
An X report during the shift and a Z report for the whole day across all drawers, both as PDFs, plus a recap email when each session ends. Transaction reports can also be downloaded as PDF or Excel.
Can we run more than one till?
Yes. Each cash drawer runs one session at a time, and the Z report brings every drawer together for the day.
