Win for academies
Nobody slips away.
Win keeps track of every student so your coaches can stay on court. It drafts, and your coaches decide.
Court Debrief
A coach talks for a minute after the session. Win turns the voice note into a summary.
Fill Today's Gaps
An empty slot today? Win suggests the students who could take it.
Lesson focus
Two or three ideas for the next session, drafted from the recent ones.
Belief Map
Reads a player's spoken journey answers to show what they believe about their game. The coach reviews it first.
Weekly reports
One student or up to 50 at once, with a shorter version for parents.
Ask Win
Ask “How are my students?” and get a plain answer, with a link to the right screen.
Nothing goes out until you send it.

Weekly report
Martina R. · Week 41
This week
Three sessions and every Daily Path check-in. Her bandeja is landing deeper, and she is reading the lob earlier.
Next week
More patience at the net before going for the volley.
Drafted by Win · waiting for Sara K.

Built around coaches
Between sessions, every coach keeps their group moving.
Courtwin is built around coaches. Each coach at your academy can run a community for their groups, with journeys, drills and quizzes, so the homework doesn't get lost in a group chat.
- Journeys, missions and a Daily Path students come back to
- Drill library, video courses and tactics quizzes
- Win drafts the debrief from a voice note. The coach edits it and sends it.
- Students can ask Win “How am I doing?” in their own words

A student's path
From first enquiry to weekly report.
The same path for every student, whichever coach they train with.

FAQ
Questions academies ask
Can parents see their child's progress?
Yes. Weekly reports come in a player version and a shorter parent version, so parents see the work between lessons.
What happens when a student misses a session?
Give them a make-up credit. Credits are tracked per student, so a missed session isn't a lost one.
Can we sell courses online?
Yes. With the online academy you sell video courses alongside your programs and subscriptions.
Does Win send anything on its own?
No. Win drafts debriefs, reports and suggestions, and a coach reviews each one before it reaches a student or a parent.
How do you measure progress?
With a skills framework, development plans and goals, metrics, pattern-of-play ratings, match feedback and level checks from 0 to 8.
Do our coaches need separate tools for their own players?
No. Coaches run their own communities, lessons and debriefs on the same Courtwin platform as the academy.
