Who can I mention?
Students, coaches and other members of your venue, plus bookings and tournaments. You can also link to other notebooks and pages.
How does the coach app sync work?
Turn on Auto-sync to Courtwin Notes in the coach app settings. Your lesson debriefs and private notes are mirrored into a notebook as you write them, and you can sync past lessons in one go. It's in beta.
Can my staff edit at the same time?
Yes. Several people can edit a page at once and see each other's presence. Access is set per person: edit, comment or view.
Can I share a page with players or parents?
Yes. Turn on the public link and choose whether people can only read or also comment. You can add a password, or embed the page on your website.
Can I take my notes with me?
Yes. Export any page as Markdown, PDF or HTML, or download the whole workspace as a ZIP of markdown files.
