Common questions about booking.
Can players book a coach, not just a court?
Yes. Coaches publish a roster of bookable, priced slots, and players book a lesson the same way they book a court. Lesson packages and open lessons work too.
What happens when a slot is full?
Players can join the waitlist for it instead of giving up on the slot.
Can a group split the cost of a court?
Yes. Split payments let each player pay their own share. Deposits, payment links and wallets are there too.
Which payment providers do you support?
Stripe, plus regional gateways such as MADA and Apple Pay via Techrar, Xendit and Midtrans. You can configure VAT and refund policies as well.
We already use Playtomic. Do we have to switch overnight?
No. The Courtwin browser extension syncs bookings from Playtomic, MatchPoint or CourtReserve.
Can I manage my lessons by voice?
