FAQ
Questions clubs ask
We already use Playtomic, MatchPoint or CourtReserve. Do we have to stop?
No. A browser extension syncs bookings from Playtomic, MatchPoint and CourtReserve into your Courtwin booking grid, so every court shows on one grid.
Can we run more than one venue?
Yes. Club OS is multi-location, with roles and permissions so each person on your team gets the right club and the right tools.
How do players book and pay?
From the Courtwin app, the web app (it installs on a phone like an app) or your club website. They pay from their wallet or split the court fee between players.
Won't demand-based pricing annoy our members?
It's built to protect them. Court prices can follow demand at busy hours while members stay shielded from surge rates.
Which messages go out automatically?
Win-back messages for players who've stopped booking, players booking much less than usual and memberships about to expire. They go out by WhatsApp, email or push.
Where do our coaches fit in?
On the same platform. Coaches run their own communities, lessons, courses and Win debriefs on Courtwin, and their players book your courts in the same app.
