Who uses it
Ask the right questions before the first lesson.
Academies run intake with it, coaches send questionnaires and assessments, and community captains screen new members with join forms. Everyone fills it in from a link on their phone.
- 01Academies: junior intake with emergency contacts and experience level
- 02Coaches: a questionnaire before the first lesson, or an assessment after a block
- 03Communities: join forms that captains review before someone joins
- 04A short /f/ link that fits on a poster or in a WhatsApp message
Rules
Skip the questions that don't apply.
A rule looks at an answer and changes the form: show or hide a question or a step, skip ahead, end the form or make a question required.
- Conditions such as equals, contains, greater or less than, and is empty
- Combine conditions with AND or OR, and switch a rule off without deleting it
- A branching view shows where each answer leads
- Beta: rules run in the admin preview, and the public form doesn't run them yet

Beta
What works today, and what is still coming.
Forms is in beta. The core works now and a few parts are still being built, so here is where the line sits before you plan around it.
Builder, templates, preview
Live in the web admin, with building and sharing in the coach app.
Public forms
Live at forms.courtwin.pro: step by step with a review screen, and answers saved on the device for a day.
File and photo uploads
Coming. The public form can't take a file or a photo yet.
Rules on the public form
Coming. For now the public form shows every question.
Questions
What people ask before they send the first form.
What does beta mean for Forms?
Building, templates, the public form, responses and analytics work today. File and photo uploads and rules on the public form are still coming, so plan forms that don't depend on them yet.
Do parents need an account?
No. They open the link and fill the form in on forms.courtwin.pro.
What if a parent closes the tab halfway?
Answers are saved on that device as they go. Opening the same link on the same device within a day offers to resume or start over.
Can coaches make forms in the app?
Yes. The coach app has templates, a form builder, responses and analytics, and shares each form as a link. Rules are built in the web admin.
Can I export the answers?
Yes. Export responses as a CSV file, or save a single response as a PDF.
Which languages does the public form show?
English and Arabic today, with a right-to-left layout for Arabic.
