Workflows · Beta
Automate the jobs that repeat every week.
A visual builder for the work around your courts: chasing RSVPs, filling a late cancellation, the Friday parent update. Describe a flow and AI drafts it, then follow every run step by step. In beta, we set it up and run it with you.
- Visual flow builder
- AI drafts from a sentence or a recording
- Live run timeline

Describe it
Say what should happen. Get a flow you can run.
Write the job in a sentence and AI drafts the flow: the trigger, the checks, the message and who gets it. You adjust it on the canvas, press run and watch each step land.

From a sentence
Describe the job in plain words and get a draft on the canvas.
A visual canvas
Drag nodes in, connect them and see the whole flow at once.
A live run timeline
Watch each step as it runs, then replay any past run.
Or show it
Record your screen. Talk it through.
Some jobs are easier to show than to describe. Record yourself doing it once with your voice on, and AI turns the recording into a draft flow.
- Record the screen and your voice in the browser
- AI goes through it frame by frame and works out what you did
- The draft lands on the canvas for you to check and edit
“Every Monday I look for students who haven't booked in three weeks and send them a note.”
- Pulling your recording
- Watching frame by frame
- Figuring out what you did
- Drafting your flow
- Your flow is ready
Building blocks
The pieces a flow is made of.

A schedule, a webhook, a Telegram message, or another flow.
- 02
Logic

- 03
AI steps
Classify, translate, summarize and draft messages.
- 04
Channels
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, Slack and Telegram.
- 05
Calendars
Pull events from Google Calendar and push them back.
- 06
Matchmaking
Find court gaps, rank them by fill rate, pick players, send invites and book the court.
Beta
In beta, built with the Courtwin team.
Workflows runs at workflow.courtwin.pro. For now we set up and run the flows together with you, so tell us the job that takes over your week and we build the first ones with you.
- 01Start from templates like No-show recovery, RSVP nudges, Birthday perk, Weekly parent update and Drop-off re-engagement
- 02Every run is saved step by step, and you can replay it
- 03Flows work with your Courtwin data: bookings, players, invites and waitlists
- 04Some parts are still changing, and what you tell us shapes what comes next
Questions
What clubs ask about Workflows.
What does beta mean here?
Workflows runs real flows, but for now we set it up and run it with you. Some parts are still changing as we learn from the clubs and coaches using it.
Do I need to code?
No. Flows are built on a visual canvas, or drafted by AI from a sentence or a screen recording. Formula and HTTP nodes are there if you want them.
Which channels can a flow use?
Email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, Slack and Telegram, plus Google Calendar.
Can I see what a flow did?
Yes. Each run has a timeline with every step, and you can replay past runs to see what happened.
Can a flow wait for a person?
Yes. An approval step pauses the flow until someone approves it, and other steps can wait for a set time or for a signal.
Who is it for?
Clubs, academies and coaches who run the same jobs every week. Book a demo and we'll look at which flows are worth building first.
