Auto-reply stays off until you switch it on. When it's on, Win answers your students, offers open times and books the lesson, and every reply it writes is marked as Win's.

Say hello to the students who went quiet.
Pick who hears from you, check a sample, and Win sends each student a personal hello written from your own message templates.

What early access means.
Win Receptionist is labelled experimental in the app, and it is. It sends messages on your behalf, so we set it up with you and you stay in charge of it.

Auto-reply is off by default, asks before it starts and turns off in one tap.

Does Win send messages without me?
Only when you turn auto-reply on. Then Win answers your students' messages for you. Greetings go out after you've seen the recipients and a sample and pressed send.
What can Win do in a chat?
Answer questions, offer open times, and book, move or cancel lessons. Each change is listed under Bookings by Win with its status.
How do I stop it?
Switch auto-reply off. The switch covers every club where you coach, and new messages wait for you again.
Will it sound like me?
Greetings are written from your own message templates, with variations for each student. Replies are marked in the chat as written by Win.
Who can use it?
Coaches and head coaches, from their own coach login. The receptionist belongs to each coach.
